1. Soil Assessment
Before installation, the soil needs to be evaluated to determine its load-bearing capacity. Different types of soil (such as sand, clay, stony soil) have different effects on the stability of the bracket. If necessary, soil sampling and experiments can be carried out to ensure that the bracket can be firmly fixed to the ground.
2. Selection of bracket structure
The bracket design should be reasonably configured according to the size, weight and installation angle of the solar panel. The structure of the bracket must be able to withstand wind and snow loads and should be designed to comply with local building codes and wind standards.
3. Installation basics
For ground-mounted solar racks, a concrete foundation or steel pipe foundation is usually required. The depth and diameter of the foundation should be determined based on the soil type and the design requirements of the support. Make sure the foundation is strong to prevent the supports from tilting or collapsing due to wind or other external forces.
4. Bracket installation
When installing the bracket, make sure it is level and vertical. The deflection of the bracket will affect the angle of the solar panel, thereby affecting the photovoltaic power generation efficiency. Use a level and plummet to make accurate adjustments.
5. Cable routing and grounding
After the bracket is installed, avoid excessive bending or friction when routing cables. Cables should be secured using appropriate cable clamps and well insulated and waterproofed.
6. Regular maintenance
After the installation is completed, regularly check the fixation, corrosion and overall stability of the bracket. Regularly clean dirt and debris from the stand to keep it in good condition.
